In a world where leaders are navigating constant change, relentless demands, and shifting expectations, resilience isn’t just a personal strength—it’s a leadership imperative. In this energizing session, Sarah McKinnon introduces her Three R’s Framework for building a reservoir of resilience:

  • Reframe to Reset (Mind) – Shift perspectives to see challenges as opportunities and align thinking with possibility.

  • Receive to Renew (Emotions) – Develop the skill of receiving support, feedback, and moments of pause to sustain emotional well-being.

  • Reconnect to Reignite (Spirit) – Reconnect with purpose, values, and relationships to reignite energy and commitment.

Using real-life examples and practical strategies, Sarah illustrates both prevention and intervention approaches for each “R,” equipping leaders with tools they can apply immediately—before burnout sets in and when the pressure is already on.


In the workshop format, participants assess their current resilience reserves, identify their most at-risk area, and build a personalized Resilience Reset Plan to take back to their leadership role.
